Telluride Bluegrass Festival Information


There is a number of Bluegrass music festivals at this time planned all around America. Bluegrass is in fact a kind of music that incorporates parts of country, folk, jazz, & the blues, as it is played on a mixture and variety of audio stringed instruments. The type has origins in & is influenced by Scottish & Irish folk music, however yet, Bluegrass is a distinctive American form of music. The name Bluegrass initially came from a name of a group, 'Blue Grass Boys', whose main singer named Bill Monroe is said to have founded the Bluegrass music. 

The fame of Bill Monroe began in 1940. The group featured instruments like the banjo, mandolin & fiddles. Through the years, the Telluride Bluegrass music festivals became events that unite various musicians from various parts of America.

 A number of current modern country music artists have recorded albums of their bluegrass favourites. Among these performers are Dolly Parton, Ricky Skaggs & Allison Krauss.

Telluride Bluegrass Festival 2014: Preliminary lineup Includes Brandi Carlile, Yonder Mountain String Band And More

According to a press release from Telluride Bluegrass Festival, this preliminary announcement represents less than half of the artists in the four-day event.

Single day tickets for Thursday and Sunday are still available. Four-day passes sold out in 10 minutes from the date of sale.

Ticket Monster declares 2014 Country Music Festival Dates & Ticket Prices, Line-up to be Released


The 2014 CMA (Country Music Assiciation) Music Festival features 4 days of your preferred country artists for the final country-lover experience. This June, the (CMA) Country Music Association Music Festival is bringing a plethora of headliner country performers to its yearly festival at LP Field in Nashville, Tennessee. The line-up is to be statements in coming weeks. Since its debut show in 1972, CMA Music Festival has been giving the final country music experience for country-lovers across the country.

Wildly concerts, autographs, & celebrity events are several of the lots of features admirers can enjoy. Previous year, the Festival reached an all-time audience high with a normal daily attendance of 71,000 people. The dates of this year festivals are Thursday5 June, Friday 6 June, Saturday 7 June and Sunday 8 June. 4-day passes contain luxuries such as the 4th June Kickoff Parade & Block Party, early entry into the place; stage front photo-line access, every day autograph signings at the Nashville meeting Center, & free in-town shuttles. 4-day passes range from $420-$5750, with extra parking fees. LP Field is wheel chair easy to get to, and kids under three are admitted free of charge.
